FamilySearch says that James Fife (the father, born 27 Feb 1804) was buried in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah when he died on 4 Sept, 1863. The Utah Cemetery Burials Database has no record of this burial. However, they do have a James Fife buried in Fountain Green, Utah with the dates 2/2/1811-9/4/1863. Same death date, but different birthday. Is this our James and if so, which birth date is correct?

He's the one in Fountain Green according to our family records. The 1860 census had him living with his second wife, Charlotte in Moroni along with their son. James Fife died in 1863 and was buried in Fountain Green. Do you know what happened to his son, John Fife (1825-after 1862)?
